Thanks for posting the review. I wasn't aware such an item existed! I could see how this would be potentially useful for folks who are guilty of not hydrating enough.

We must have at least 5 or 6 different Camelbaks that are used for everything from archaeology to my Army Reserve drills. I guess my hydration gauge in hot weather is the old fashioned, low tech method - drinking until the bladder is emptied!

Sometimes out here in the desert you don't realize that you aren't drinking enough water until the headache sets in.  I like to see how much I've had and how much I have to go that way I can force myself to drink more.
