Scholarships for NPI Seminars

NPI Scholarships

Scholarships covering tuition fees for NPI seminars are available for participants who show a justifiable need for the seminar and tuition assistance. All requests for scholarship assistance must be received at least six weeks prior to the seminar for which assistance is requested.

National Endowment for the Arts Scholarships
The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) has awarded NPI a two-year matching grant through May 2013. The grant will enable NPI to increase the number of scholarships awarded for specific NPI seminars. Scholarships cover the cost of tuition and will benefit underserved groups in targeted cultural resource management areas such as archaeological curation, conservation, and collections management; cemetery preservation; Native American cultural property law; and historic property management.
To apply for an NEA scholarship for one of the following seminars, complete the NPI scholarship application form (see above).

    Archaeological Curation and Collections Management
    Cemetery Preservation
Cemetery Landscapes: A Practical Guide to Care and Maintenance
    Conservation Strategies for Archaeologists
