Lack of knowledge in classical languages could present a serious obstacle for any student in the fields of Ancient History or Archaeology. The ability to read an ancient source broadens the scope of students’ perceptions of the Antiquity and enhances immensely their research competence.

This course offers an opportunity to gain basic knowledge in Ancient Greek (corresponding to level A1*). 

You will be educated by teachers of Sofia University and of National School of Ancient Languages and Culture.
