Present talks and lead tours providing general information relating to park themes.  Present programs to children and assist teachers with their visit.  Staff the primary visitor center information desk, dealing with a high volume of personal contacts with varied members of the public.  Provide prepared orientation, information, directions, and answers to visitor questions.  Foster good relations with visitors, co-workers, and park partners, and maintain order.  Sell educational materials at the park bookstore.  Serve as designated fee collector, selling federal passes and counting donation monies.  Answer the telephone and radio.  Operate computers and audiovisual equipment.
