POSITION INFORMATION:    This is a student intermittent position. - Temporary, Full Time Position. Students work only twelve (12) consecutive weeks.

WHO MAY APPLY:    APPLICANTS MUST BE A COLLEGE STUDENT MAJORING IN HISTORY, ART OR ANY OTHER RELATED FIELD. Students have to be at least sixteen (16) years of age by June 30, 2015. 
You must be enrolled in school by the closing date of the announement in order to be eligible for the position.
All students MUST be U.S. Citizens.

The Curatorial Aide works in the Curator Division. The Aide will work with the Curator and Archivist staff performing basic duties such as boxing, storing, arranging and maintaining records.
Assists staff with receiving, moving, and storing records and related archival materials. Assists with researching exhibits and collecting archived data.
Receives and answers inquiries regarding curatorial responsibilities. Provides support with the collection of records. Upon completion of the tasks, the Curatorial Aide refiles, rearranges, and returns records to their proper location.
