Job Opening – Vice-President, Great Basin
ASM Affiliates is seeking a senior Project Manager/Principal Investigator to serve as Vice President for our Great Basin offices. Responsible for managerial oversight for ASM offices in Nevada and Idaho, the Great Basin VP answers to the Chief Executive Officer and serves as a member of our corporate Management Team. Duties will include: 
Long and short term fiscal planning for three offices in this region;
 Communication and coordination between these three offices and with other ASM branch offices;
Managing marketing and proposal writing for the Great Basin;
 Business development and customer relations; and
Operations manager for the Reno office, including staff supervision and scheduling, quality control oversight, proposal writing/marketing, budgeting, and serving as Project Manager/Principal Investigator on certain projects.
Qualifications: 
M.A. in Anthropology/Archaeology (Ph.D. preferred);
Experience in Great Basin prehistoric archaeology;
Minimum 10 years private sector CRM experience, with a record of increasing responsibility, including minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager/PI;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Experience in cost estimating, project budgeting, and successful proposal writing;
Track record of successful management of complex/large projects, including timely completion of projects on budget;
Knowledge of federal and state regulatory compliance procedures;
Excellent writing and communications skills; and
Willingness to relocate to Reno, NV.
