TEMPORARY ARCHAEOLOGICAL FIELD TECHNICIANS

Tierra Right of Way Services, Ltd.

Tierra Right of Way Services, Ltd. (Tierra), is looking for temporary field technicians for several large survey and excavation projects in Arizona and New Mexico. These projects will be based out of our Tucson and Albuquerque offices. Camping may be required for certain survey projects; however, food per diem will be provided. Pay will be commensurate with applicant’s experience and education. All field technicians will work under the supervision of a field director or crew chief.

Minimum Qualifications:   
Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, or related field;         
Survey and excavation experience in cultural resource management (CRM) in the Southwest;   
Ability to cooperate and function as part of a team;
Resourcefulness, motivation, and an organized approach to fieldwork;       
Ability to use a GPS units in the field;         
Skills at artifact analysis is an advantage, but not required.
