Lab Supervisor position in Shreveport, Louisiana
Cultural Resource Analysts, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for a Laboratory Supervisor position in our Shreveport, Louisiana office. The ideal candidate will have a B.A. in anthropology with specialization in archaeology and a minimum of 3 years of laboratory supervisory experience. This position requires excellent organizational skills, writing and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in computer word processing, spreadsheets, and relational databases. Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and observant, and possess the organizational skills to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management while directing laboratory personnel. Primary duties will include: Responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring laboratory processing and analyses, and oversees processing and analyses for laboratory and field technicians. Responsible for coordinating with curatorial repositories and preparing collections for final disposition of artifacts and project records.
This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive benefit package. Salary is commensurate with experience.
