Company Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

 

Environmental Consulting Services Company in north San Diego County (Poway) is seeking an upbeat, detail oriented, and friendly professional administrative assistant / receptionist to join our team.  Candidate should be punctual, bright, dependable, organized, pleasant, and responsible.  Must have excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, general office organization ability, some editing and word processing skills, and precision when filing documents.  Preference given to applicants with past experience in editing and duplication experience.  This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position, with benefits and a “4 and 10” work week. Three day weekends!


RESPONSIBLITIES: (including but not limited to)

Phone coverage for multi-phone line system
Maintaining database
Typing correspondence
Filing, faxing, and photocopying
Distributing incoming mail and packages
Ordering for office supplies
Provide additional support for the Office Manager
Other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2 years work experience
Must have a high school degree or equivalent, college degree preferred
Proficient in Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent written, communicational, and organizational skills
Customer Service and/or Telemarketing experience a plus
Types 40 wpm
