Project Manager - Phoenix

PaleoWest is seeking an experienced Project Manager to supervise project work in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. This full time, salaried position will be based out of our Phoenix, Arizona office. Candidates must be permitted or permittable as a project director or principal investigator and must meet the Secretary of the Interior’s standards for archaeology.

The successful candidate must have experience managing projects of all sizes, ranging from small Class III surveys to testing and mitigation projects. The candidate must have experience developing project budgets, supervising field crews, and authoring and editing technical reports. A proven track record of completing projects within schedule and on budget is required. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with our valued clients. Expertise in prehistoric and/or historic artifact analysis is a plus, but not required.

This is a senior-level position in a growing, cutting-edge firm. PaleoWest offers a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance and paid leave time. Salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and bonuses will be provided for exceptional performance.
