West Virginia Field Crew, Mon-Sun Lodging Provided

AllStar Ecology, LLC (ASE) is seeking temporary field crew for Phase I archaeological survey in West Virginia.  Successful applicants can expect short-term work beginning in August.  These project-based positions are hourly and are expected to last between 3 weeks to 1.5 months and will be scheduled for a 40-hour work week.  Overtime is not anticipated but possible and will be compensated at time and one-half base rate paid for all hours worked over 40 hours per week.  Lodging is provided, and weekend lodging is available.  Per diem will be reimbursed at federal rates.  A four-year degree in archaeology, soil science, or a closely related field and successful completion of a relevant field school are preferred.  The ability to carry 40 pounds, hike and work out outdoors in remote locations for extended periods of time conditions while traversing rugged, mountains terrain is required.  A supervisory position is available for a well-qualified candidate.  A valid driver’s license is required.
