FIELD TECHNICIANS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY - SOUTHEAST - LA, MS

Panamerican Consultants, Inc. (Panamerican) has immediate openings for qualified Archaeological Field Technicians for multiple projects in the Southeast (Mississippi, and Louisiana).

One year demonstrated experience in Cultural Resource Management (CRM) archaeological survey is required. Experience in Phase II testing, and excavation, while not required, is a plus. The applicant should have the ability to compile detailed field notes, and operate a hand held GPS for navigation and mapping, as well as the ability to work in difficult or remote environments in varying weather conditions. A positive attitude and ability to accept direction is a must, as well as the ability to work independently. 

Panamerican provides single occupancy lodging and per diem ($40 per day). Travel is provided from the Memphis office. If not traveling from Memphis, you are responsible for your own travel to the project location hotel. The hourly rate of pay is the prevailing SCA Wage Determination rate on all projects. Generally in the $17.15 – $20.15 range.
