NOW HIRING - Principal Investigator at Commonwealth Heritage Group, Inc. - OGDEN, UT


Commonwealth Heritage Group, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants to fill a full-time Principal Investigator position in our Ogden, Utah office. Job requirements include an M.A./M.S. in Anthropology or Archaeology and ten years of Cultural Resources Management (CRM) experience in the Intermountain West. Preferred candidates will have Great Basin and/or Southwest experience in historic and prehistoric archaeology.

This position will be responsible for the management of multiple and/or multidisciplinary projects. Candidates should possess a firm understanding of the Section 106 and NEPA processes and be able to prepare well-organized, thorough CRM documents. Proficiency with Trimble GPS equipment and GIS is preferred. Primary responsibilities include overseeing fieldwork and supervision of field staff, technical analysis and report writing, quality assurance/control of field documentation, site forms, and final reports, and management of project budgets and schedules. Other position responsibilities may include proposal preparation, business development, and client management.
