TEMPORARY ARCHAEOLOGICAL FIELD TECHNICIANS
Arizona & New Mexico

Tierra Right of Way Services, Ltd. (Tierra), is hiring archaeological field technicians to assist in archaeological surveys and monitoring projects beginning immediately and running through the fall and winter. These surveys are located throughout Arizona and New Mexico. Monitoring will be mainly in Tucson and Phoenix. Pay will be commensurate with applicant’s experience and education. All field technicians will work under the supervision of a field director.

Minimum Qualifications:
       Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, or related field, is preferred
       Survey and monitoring experience in cultural resource management (CRM) in the Southwest
       Ability to cooperate and function as part of a team
       Resourcefulness, motivation, and an organized approach to fieldwork
       Ability to use a GPS unit in the field
       Skills at artifact analysis is an advantage, but not required
