The George Washington Foundation is now accepting applications for excavation interns (3 positions). This is a large scale excavation at George Washington's Boyhood Home located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Successful candidates will help excavate, record, and interpret the site of George Washington's boyhood home.
The project runs from August 17 through October 30. We work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. The internship pays $12 an hour. Per Diem, housing, and meals are not included.
