looking for input

I am looking for a good college to go to for this feild. i just want some advice from the people who have been doing this for a while. right now with the current situation is this a good field to be in for the most part. all so would it be better to do underwater archaeology for shipwrecks and all or no. any input would be great

check out flordia, not sure which school but they have some good programs.
Also Texas A&M is a very highly reccomended school fro marine and underwater archeology, if your ok with going to Texas. :wink:
There are some other however generally speaking there are not alot in the USA if that is where you are limiting your search.
If you go broader check out things in the meditteranian s.p. they have some field schools and stuff that you cna go to to get trained in underwater arch. they are alittle pricy but it is not a cheap field to get started in.

ok how about for just normal digging sites and would you recommend a 4 yr collage or just a field school or both?
